Discover our range of clinical data

The VCB offers a variety of matched clinical data for the biospecimens that we provide. Clinical data is essential for analysing the data generated from biospecimens to correctly interpret the research findings in the context relevant to a disease.

As a hospital-integrated biobank consortium, we systematically collect pre-analytical data while having access to other data from Electronic Medical Records and hospital archives. Some of our data elements are also enhanced by questionnaires completed by donors.

We are also collaborating with the Victorian Cancer Registry through data linkage offering a longitudinal perspective of the samples.
